Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before the work begins.
What is the difference between brand strategy and visual identity?
Brand strategy defines the audience, position, value and message. Visual identity expresses those decisions through typography, color and other design choices. Aura can define direction without requiring a complete identity redesign.
Can Aura work with an existing logo and identity?
Yes. We can preserve an established identity and strengthen the positioning, message and application around it. Any recommended visual changes are explained before they enter the agreed scope.
Can Brand Strategy be purchased independently?
Yes. Brand Strategy can be a focused engagement or the first phase of a website, marketing or product initiative. Trademark clearance and legal naming advice are not included unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
What does the final Brand Blueprint contain?
It typically documents audience priorities, market position, value proposition, messaging hierarchy, voice principles and visual direction, with practical guidance for applying the strategy across customer touchpoints.
